Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer three shipping options within Canada, available at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

        Expedited Shipping: 3 to 9 business days

        Flat Rate Box: 3 to 9 business days

        Lettermail or Oversize Lettermail (No Tracking): 2 to 10 business days

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking:

Tracking is available for Expedited Shipping and Flat Rate Box options. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its progress. Please note that Lettermail options do not include tracking.

5. International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping to other countries outside of Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Customs & Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your country. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
